Very Good article Hannah! Many of my clients are vegetarian for a number of reasons and found it both helpful and Healthful (i.e. High Cholesterol, certain types of Cancers, etc.) but I have found like you that the majority of us have a far greater disease fighting capability and general total health with a healthy diet that is leaner carb, animal proteins based.
